2. Formation of the contract

The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.

The contract is formed when we expressly confirm the order or hand over or dispatch the goods.

3. Collection and shipping

Subject to availability, orders can be collected in Eschborn by arrangement or shipped to a supported delivery address. The delivery method and costs displayed at checkout apply.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are total prices in euros and include statutory VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by the payment provider SumUp.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. The right may be excluded by law for goods that deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would soon be exceeded. Where applicable, we provide information about the right of withdrawal and any exceptions in accordance with statutory requirements.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. Natural variations in the colour, consistency and flavour of honey do not constitute a defect.

7. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
